Every Kasmen order is shipped in our signature black and gold branded packaging — a rigid box with gold foil embossing, tissue paper wrapping, and a handwritten thank-you note from our team. We use eco-conscious materials wherever possible.
Gift packaging is available at checkout for an additional ₹150, including a gift message card.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one available to receive, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to us.
In case of a returned shipment, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charge applies) or issue a refund (minus original shipping cost).
We ship with: Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express (domestic) and DHL Express, FedEx (international). The carrier is selected based on your location and delivery preference.
