Return Policy

Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they are:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery date
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging (box, dust bag, tissue)
• Accompanied by original invoice/receipt

Non-Returnable Items

• Customised, altered, or personalised garments
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
• Items with signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by customer
• Intimate wear and accessories (scarves, pocket squares)
• Items purchased during special sale events (unless defective)

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for size or colour are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Subject to availability.

How to Exchange

1. Email returns@kasmen.in with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange
2. Our team will confirm availability and send a prepaid return label
3. Pack and ship the original item
4. Your exchange will be shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Refund Process

Bank Transfer (NEFT)	7–10 business days	For COD orders

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Kasmen error (wrong item, defective product).

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@kasmen.in with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the defect/incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email returns@kasmen.in with subject "Return — [Order Number]"
2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return
3. Our team responds within 24 hours with return instructions
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
5. Drop off at courier partner or schedule a free pickup (Metro cities only)
6. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item

In-Store Returns

You may also return or exchange items directly at any Kasmen flagship store in Mumbai, Delhi, or Bengaluru. Please carry your original invoice and the item with all tags intact.
